1. Premise
The site uses cookies, small text files, from the site to the users’ terminals (computers, tablets, smartphones), in which some information regarding user navigation is stored. They are used in order to verify the correct functioning of the site and to improve its functionality, customizing the content of the pages based on the type of browser and device used, or for simplifying navigation by automating the procedures (eg login, site language). Used for the sole purpose of transmitting an electronic communication, to ensure the correct display of the site and navigation within it. In addition, they allow you to distinguish between the various connected users in order to provide a requested service to the right user (login), and for site security reasons. Some of these cookies are deleted when the browser is closed (session cookies), others have a longer duration (such as the cookie necessary for storing the user’s consent in relation to the use of cookies, which lasts 1 year).
3. Third party cookies
Project Evaluation Laboratory site also acts as an intermediary for third-party cookies (such as buttons for social networks), used to provide additional services and features to visitors and to simplify the use of the site. The site has no control over its cookies entirely managed by third parties and does not have access to the information collected through these cookies. Information on the use of the aforementioned cookies and their purposes, as well as on how to disable them, are provided directly by the parties on the pages indicated below. It is recalled that generally, the tracking of users does not involve the identification of the same unless the user is already registered for the service and is not already logged in, in which case it is understood that the user has already expressed his consent directly to the third party when registering for the relevant service. This site uses cookies from the following third parties.
3.1. Google inc.

3.2. Google Analytics
Used to analyze the use of the site by users, compile reports on site activity and user behavior, check how often users visit the site, how the site is tracked and which pages are visited most frequently. The information is combined with information collected from other sites in order to create a comparative picture of the use of the site compared to other sites of the same category. Place of data processing: European Union, as the anonymization of the service is active. The data collected do not allow the personal identification of users, and are not crossed with other information relating to the same person. They are treated in an aggregate and anonymised form. 3.2. Youtube
Google-owned video sharing platform. Cookies are set when the page containing the video embed is accessed and when it is started. Cookies do not allow the identification of the user unless he is already logged into the Google profile. For the videos on the site, the advanced privacy option (no cookie) has been activated which ensures that YouTube does not store information about visitors unless they voluntarily reproduce the video.
3.3. Plugin Social Network
The site also incorporates plugins, in the form of a button menu, in order to allow easy sharing of content on the social networks preferred by visitors. If the user shares a page on the site, the browser will connect directly to the social network servers from where the plugin is loaded. This server can track the visit to the site and associate it with the social media account if the user or visitor is connected at the time of the visit or has recently browsed one of the websites containing social plugins. If the user does not want the social network to record the data relating to his visit, he must log out of his social account (logout) and, probably, delete the cookies that the social network has installed in his browser. The collection and use of information by these third parties are governed by the respective privacy policies to which reference can be made.
The site does not use profiling cookies which, aimed at creating user profiles, are aimed at sending advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the same in the context of surfing the net.
4. Third party cookies
The user can refuse the use of cookies and at any time can revoke a consent already provided. Since cookies are connected to the browser used, they can be disabled directly from the browser, thus refusing / revoking consent to the use of cookies, or through the banner placed at the top of the page.
Disabling cookies may prevent the correct use of some functions of the site itself, in particular the services provided by third parties may not be accessible, and therefore YouTube videos, social network buttons, Google maps.
